All,
I have just rebaselined my project based on a data date of 13th June, however, much of the remaining late cost has been moved in my report to December of the previous year.
There is no negative float on these activities and all early and late dates are fine on the actvity.
The only thing I notice is that the remainiing late start on the resource is December of the previous year.
Can anyone advise me of where this date is being driven from and how to remedy.
