November, 1989 My main responsibility was to teach Mathematics and Physics lessons to students. Reporting to Department Head under the Dean of College of Education and day to day management of 160 students at different levels, I was responsible for:
- Delivering lessons in a way that engages student learning and accelerates Physics & Mathematical comprehension.
- Ensuring the success of each student.
- Maintaining student’s record and plan their learning activities.
- Developing effective study habits or skills of the students.
- Involving students in decision making in the classroom or in the community for particulars.
- Monitoring academic performance and provided additional attention to students in need.
- Serving as an advisor to students and liaison to the parents.
- Directing team discipline efforts on a daily basis.
