February, 2011 Site manager for Manurewa Multisport building and MRFC rugby club. Site managed a two building development in a sports park valued at $3m. The PM for the project was only on the job for a minimal time so management of all onsite work / projurment was under my controll, I worked along side the project QS to lett trades and managege the budget, managed sub-contractors, Health & Safety and Quality.
