Preparation of variation reports and its impact on baseline program.
Preparation of the actual construction program as per requirements.
Preparing three month rolling programs/Monthly target plans and monitoring the same on primavera(P6)
Routine updates of the progress on the base line program/updated programs.
Generating progress reports for management review.
Compiling and preparing Weekly/Monthly progress Reports for Client/Consultant
Preparing Resource histograms, curves, graphical cash flow, progress performance curves…etc.,
Preparing Comparison sheets for planned v/s actual progresses.
Preparing tender programs along with indicative cash flow and resource histograms.
Involved in material reconciliation.
