Hello Is there any questionaire or checklist with which we can assess " Major Turnaround". For ex. Planning & Preparation stage check list, Execution stage check list, Post Turnaround check list.Please let me know the best assessment practices to be followed during Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling and Close Out stages
