* DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take off scope of materials for progress percentage update
in the program schedule.
- Assisting the Senior/Lead Planner in the overall planning
and scheduling activities on projects.
- Interact with Senior Planner(s) to align schedules with
contract requirements.
- Prepare planning related documents to support marketing
activities.
- Perform project progress monitoring duties including
identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts
with progress achieved to date and compare with base schedule.
- Liaising with senior planner and various departments on
progress updates to keep progress on schedule.
- Regularly inform the Engineering Lead of problems, issues
and status of on-going projects.
- Help with the production of Contract ‘S’ curves by discipline
and overall.
- Attend project related meetings.
- Highlight any potential delays to the Management.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Planning Engineer (s),
regarding any scheduling issues.
- Supply necessary information’s to Commercial Department in
preparation of claims.

- Updating daily man-hour & man-power based on time card.
- Updating actual start, actual finish & number of manpower per
activity area in the program schedule.
- Updating manpower distribution per area for daily report.
- Tracking of activities, manpower & accomplishment/progress
@ site area.
- Updating scope of quantity per activity.
- Updating & preparing of actual quantities installed at site
for weekly progress report.
- Update material and procurement log.
