Working with Contractor and their subcontractors, facilitated the development of a cost loaded baseline construction schedule. The project consists a new construction high school, Owner occupies new building and moved out of existing elementary school. Contractor commences to abate hazardous materials, extensive demolition, new construction and renovations.
