• Planning and implementation of effective Operation & maintenance schedules to achieve set target
of plant uptime in a cost effective manner.
• Accomplish scheduling of approved monthly preventive maintenance(PM) plan in conjunction
with Airport operations, availability of system for maintenance and manpower as well as all sources
needed to execute the maintenance.
• Perform fine tuning of scheduling on weekly and daily basis in close coordination with store (Spare
availability), Supervisors (manpower availability), and control room (system availability).
•Give the MAXIMO training to all O&M Engineers, supervisors and technicians which is the key to
generate the work orders for all kind of maintenances
• Analyze all kinds of maintenances like corrective, emergency maintenance work orders , generated I
in the MAXIMO software by the supervisor. Based on that provide the proper solution to reduce the
operation downtime.
• Monitor, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as maintenance cost, Schedule
compliance, etc.
• Planning and implementation of Maintenance improvement projects
• Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize downtime.
• Spare parts inventory management and ensure availability of all required spare parts.
• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to accomplish the tasks.
• Adherence to safe work practices while carrying the maintenance jobs.
