Site Engineer – On site coordination and supervision of civil, naval, mechanical and electrical works. Subcontractor management, work planning, risk analysis, quality control, site accounting.
Project Engineer – Analysis of technical documents, drawings and specifications; detail design; coordination of specialists and consultants; site surveys; preparation of as built documents and drawings; preparation of manuals and method statements.
Associate Project Manager – negotiation, contracts, budgeting, procurement, project control, relations with clients and authorities.
Business Development – tendering for public and private works in Italy and abroad; proposal management; marketing and promotion, participation to conferences and exhibitions.
R&D – Development of products and working technologies for coastal protection, hydraulic works and offshore oil industry.
Main works
Asphalt lining of earth dams in Italy (Anapo, Sicily) and Lebanon (Chabrouh), 55.000 sqm total.
EPC project in Venice – Development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and piloting of a 50 x 23m custom built pontoon for seafloor protection works in the Venice lagoon mouths for the MO.S.E. project for the defence from high tides. Total protected seafloor 320.000 sqm.
Hydraulic construction works: linings, sea and river erosion barriers, dredging, pipeline protection.
