Prepare the master construction programme and the resources histograms. Prepare the health and safety plan, the method statement, the risk assessment, and then managing and supervising the site works. Monitor Progress, cost, quality and health and safety onsite. Prepare weekly report, monthly safety report, monthly progress report, monthly waste management report, and finally commissioning / hand over process.
