I had worked in “KYCR Coil Industries Ltd”, Bangladeshat November 01, 2004 and worked as an Assistant Engineer (Operation) until September 01, 2005. The main business of this company is to produce Cold rolled coils & sheets.
My main objective was to operate the 6 Hi HS-CVC Cold rolling mills (POR, ETR & DTR).
1. Operating POR, ETR & DTR: Operating the three positions of main Rolling mill.
2. Maintenance of Seller: Reporting and maintaining proper coolant supply at seller reservoir, Temperature monitoring etc.
3. Density of Coolant: Periodic Checking of Coolant density and adding coolant with the help of coolant pump (when required).
