Dear all,
Probably all of you aware the fact that modern project management is tight together with the development of Pert, and CPM. I guess you know it too, that the original CPM method was a sophisticated cost optmization method, which could optimize the so called direct costs to a given project duration.
My question 1.: Why did we forget this technique? Was it due to:
- computational problems
- inadequate knowledge at the user's side
- or the tremendous effort that we should put into the preparation phase
Question 2.: Would you use it if this feature would be included in your application?
