Key Responsibilities include
- Preparation of Project Control Plans,
- Detailed manpower utilization reports for all disciplines,
- Co-ordinate with Construction delivery team to determine production and delivery schedules,
- Plan and monitor budget requirements across all disciplines,
- Carry out post occupancy evaluations, defects management and commissioning.
- My support role is to provide expert Project Management Control Systems services to the Site Project Delivery team.
- Reviewing Contractors Programme,
- Working out recovery strategies,
- Coordinating with Site Project Design & Management Team for work package procurement and periodic monitoring reports to the Client,
- Coordinating with all internal departments like Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design and commercial for successful delivery of the Projects.
- My role also involves assisting the Commercial Manager in all Claims and Variations, and determining impact on Schedules. I am responsible for development and review of periodic Earned Value reports to the Head of Construction Assurance.
