HI,
I am a relative novice to planning and construction. At the moment I am carrying out a project planning programme for the construction of a school, using Primavera. Contract duration 18 months at a cost of £8million. I have assumed a plan size area of 3000m/squared.
I would appreciate if anybody could give some advice on the basic activities, their order and the RELATIVE DURATION it takes for each.
The programme has to comprise of at least 60 activites. Is it easier to just group all one type activity together ie. plasterboard and assign it the total cost for the whole project in Primevera.
Below is the outline of my schedule so far but I am not really happy with it as I don't know what half the activities really are!
Any advice on where to look for examples or advice on my order of schedule so far would be greatly appreciated!
