a) From 8 July 2003 till 15 July 2004 AMRAN Cement Plant Project In YEMEN - SIAC built the concrete works for a new production line for AMRAN cement plant in YEMEN, it consists of about 42 different buildings such as Preheated, Substations, Limestone Crushing, Gypsum Crushing, Compressor rooms, Silos, Kiln Piers,… with total value 25,000,000 US $
My Duties:
· Build the time schedule (Base Line Program) and Recovery if required
· Resource and Cost loading
· Create all project curves ( Resource - Cash Flow )
· Update time schedule
· Follow Up and Prepare all required reports ( Daily - Weekly - Monthly )
· Prepare the required reports for the progress meeting with the Client and Consultant
· Make Data Base for the project ( Letters, Submittals, RC Casting,..)
· Steel bar bending
· Quantity surveying
- Prepare Claim for Time Extension
