Resource loading report wizard

Hi Planners,

                I'm facing difiiculties while creating time distributed reports through resource loading, the issue is that normally the resources will be distributed according to the early dates but now its distributed according to late dates, i don't know how to change it & kindly clear me that which factor is driving it?

Kindly help me ASAP
