Responsibilities as Planning Engineer:
- Make Plan for the execution of project on Primavera P-6. After award of the Project updation of Plan with Quantities & Budgeted units of resources
- Constructing a network of work appropriate for the specific project
- Identifying the best series of events in the correct order for the project to finish on time and on budget
- Presenting the schedule of work to others in the company and the client organization involved with the project
- Developing detailed yet simple to understand schedules and graphs
- Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams
- Making adjustments to schedules if necessary
Responsibilities as Estimation Engineer:
- Study of Tender documents and compiling detailed list of queries for clarification of missing information and communication with Client.
- Compile and Prepare BOQ’s covering complete scope of work (SOW)
- Assign accurate cost centers in the light of scope of work and resource leveling and scheduling on the basis of Customer’s Work Schedule
- Prepare comprehensive & accurate technical proposal including mythology, execution plan, organogram, schedule, deployments, etc.
- Complete understanding of the requirements of tender, scope and clear limits of works, as explained in the Tender Documents
- Make Site Facilities & Over head Budgets for own execution team & for client’s representatives
