September, 2008 Producing Conceptual Design Statement’s on upgrading the power to Metropolitan, Circle & District lines. Working out of Royal Mint Court, London. My role as Project Planner required me to co-ordinate team efforts when the manager was unavailable. My primary responsibilities were to monitor and update the schedule, make alterations where required, input expended man hours and compile Earned Value reports. I also attended daily review meetings with the project manager and CDS champions to ensure current progress reporting was accurate.
