New batch Timesheets cannot be opened

I created a new batch of timesheets for 2011, but they cannot be opened by the Progress Reporter users.
- I see them in the list of created timesheets in Admin\Timesheet Dates...
- In Admin/Admin Preferences... the number of future timesheets users are alowed to access is 200

I don't remember having this problem last year can anyone help?
We use Primavera Project Management Release 5.0 SP2
