• Prepared a Fully detailed program for the work for coordination purpose.
• Reviewed the contractor detailed cost and resource loaded programme of work which consists of the following: Marina and beaches work, roadwork and utilities network.
• Directly responsible for Preparation of the Al Dar COO presentation and the monthly executive report for Al Dar top management.
• Directly responsible for preparation the Extension of time recommendation for client using prospective and retrospective analysis time impact and windows technique.
• Directly responsible for updating the Master schedule of the full project.
• Participate in coordination and the client meetings as required.
• Directly responsible of the WAR Room (Work. Action. Resolution) set up and operation, including all the graphics, planning report, curves for the packages.
