Cant View Gannt Chart in P6 Web when have the Web Portfolios license enabled

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why that when i assign the P6 web portfolios license to a user, they cannot see a programme Gantt Chart when they click on a Project in a my projects Dashboard on the web.
