- The role will include the preparation of tender pre-qualifications & submissions
- Take off and preparation of materials and sub contract schedules.
- Build up of Labour, Materials & Plant costs
- Risk assessment and value engineering of projects.
- Understanding / knowledge of various contract conditions.
- Compilation of site reports, maintenance of register of approved subcontractors/suppliers
- Procurement of specialist sub contract services
- Collation of information from past bids to enhance current library / database.
- Improving the sub contractor / supplier database.
- Producing pre-qualification questionnaires and quality submission documentation.
- Sub Contractor Liaison.
- Close design engineer and client liaison.
- Strategic use of estimating software (CCS / Primaveera)
