June, 2005 Ahmad has gained experience in the project management, consulting and contracting of multi-million dollar project in infrastructure and building industry. His responsibilities included project management, construction management, and liaison with internal and external design teams, programming, scheduling (Last planner system (LPS) & Lean Construction), budgeting, cost forecasting and monitoring and earned value analysis (EVA).
He also has experience in the project life-cycle from the design and tendering stage till the handing over and post construction works. He is fully exposed to the commercial and construction law regulations as well to the risk mitigation execution.
