Nickel Ore Smelting Project (NOSS) is a Furnace demolition and rebuild of the main Crucible along with Secondary systems and facilities. The project is a planned 7 month shutdown of one of the two furnace trains of the Cerro Mataso Mining Plant near Bogota, Colombia.
- Provided Engineering and Construction planning support for execution of preconstruction activities.
- Assisted in the development and maintenance of integrated schedules which included, detail design, procurement, construction, outage readiness and commissioning stages.
- Project cost estimates to resource load project schedules and alignment with scope of work.
- Provided training to client personal for latest planning tools and procedures.
- Project Planning using Primavera P6 and perform quantitative assessment of the schedule risk
