• Coordinating with related team to create project plan / schedule (in engineering & constructionindustry). Updating schedule, making progress report.• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into theoverall project master schedule.• Understand WBS structure and work with project team in the development of work break downstructure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control..• Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower,equipments and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly asrequired.• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts. Reports and analyses deviationsfrom plan.• Prepare and update three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priorityactivities.• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products,engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern whichrequired action.Projects that I have participated:• Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien) (CDM Vietnam, NJPT)• Long Son Petrochemical Complex• AMAPS Blade and Razors Division - Package WP02 Civil & Structure (Descon)• Diamond Island (BTA Development Investment)• The One HCM City (Bitexco Group)
