-Mega Programs/Projects included Villas, Towers and Shopping Malls in the Middle East and North Africa Regions; all the projects were managed from initiation including feasibility studies, engineering execution, till handing over, worth over CAN$ 6,812 Million (detail list of Projects available upon request
-Acting as Projects Director (In Additional to the above responsibilities) were the construction of the HHHR Tower, consisting of Ground plus 72-floor residential tower (height 317 m (1,040 ft), built-up area of 166,073 m2, valued CAN$ 205 Million) Another was the Emirates Industrial Bank (Office Building of 3B + G + 10 Offices Floors, valued CAN$ 24 Million)
