MTR SIL903. Ocean Park Station, Wong Chuk Hang Station, Viaducts and Aberdeen Channel Bridge
Planning Manager on the MTR South Island Line (East) Contract 903, comprising 2 kilometres of viaduct, a 115-metre long Aberdeen Channel railway bridge, two elevated stations at Ocean Park and Wong Chuk Hang.Construction works commenced in May 2011, with an expected completion date in 2015. The Contract is administered as a Target Cost Contract with a tender estimate of HK$2.5billion.

My principle role in Leighton Asia is to provide Planning & Programming expertise to all tender submissions, either as the dedicated tender planner or as support to the Planning Teams. I am also responsible for ensuring a consistent approach and common standards for Leighton Planning from tender through to Project delivery and close-out. Additionally I am also responsible for the recruitment and allocation of Planning Engineers across the Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China Business Unit.
