May, 2007 Job Profile Summary:
• Preparing project schedules that include the entire project scope of work, client requirements and division of responsibilities, approval requirements and distribution.
• Liaise with all concerned discipline Engineers to design WBS and utilizing it to develop project program which form the basis for detailed level schedule reporting and analysis. Issue detailed activity schedules and expedite the return of schedule data.
• Develop detailed schedules of each activity to determine progress requirements to meet the project completion date and assure the credibility of the information contained in the schedule.
• Conduct regular project site inspections and Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.
• Maintain records of scope changes, Deviations, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance; record and assess the effects of project schedule changes.
• Tracking progress by updating the project schedule on a regular basis to assess actual performance against the plan; assess impacts on the critical path and non-critical activities and report critical work activities to the Project Manager.
• Revise the schedule as directed by Project Management and ensure that schedule changes are communicated to all project team members.
• Identifying the Milestone activities & deliverables which forms a tangible output for each project phase and tracking its completion.
• Cash Flow & Manpower requirements preparation based on Project Schedule.

• MEP installations for Al Tayer Building, Dubai
• MEP installations for Al Fattan Residence, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
• MEP installations for Atlantis Management & Staff Accommodation, Dubai.
• MEP installations for Hydra Tower, Business Bay, Dubai
