     Preparation of Construction Programme with Resource Loading & Costing in Primavera P3/P6 - Version 3 & 6, Microsoft Project Planner.
     Preparation of Extension of Time Claim & associated Costs.
     Preparation of all kind of Contractual letters and to assist Project Manager in dealing all contractual issues.
     Preparation of seasonal budget including cash Flow.
     Weekly tracking, monitoring and scheduling of works.
     Weekly Tracking of Material Approvals & drawing Approvals.
     Conducting Weekly Internal Meetings with Construction Manager to monitor the progress.
     Day-to-day monitoring of works & preparation of Daily Progress Report.
     To find out variation with the planned progress if any, and to work out corrective actions or to prepare backup plans or recovery plans.
     Monthly & Weekly Presentations to clients and Internal Management.
     Estimating construction materials required for the project and procuring the same.
     Preparation of costing details for selected critical activities and tracking with the help of costing Engineer.
     Preparation of detailed breakup of material, manpower& equipments required for all the activities and Tracking the same.
