January, 2007 Responsible to the project controls manager I provided the daily progression, change embodiment & improvement of £150m of existing projects and also the creation of £250m of new projects in future financial years. My main responsibilities included:
• Improving quality of project data across a portfolio of over 70 Infrastructure Capital Delivery projects.
• Liaising with project managers, engineers, procurement engineers and third party project delivery organisations.
• Responding to change in scope - including change control and re-base lining.
• Interrogating SAP and producing business object reports.
• Analysing and reporting trends developing in cost and schedule.
