Gulf Consult in joint venture with Canadian Companies (NBBj &HOK) British companies like Mouchel Middle East
• Responsible for applying Cost Control and scheduling by using Primavera Software &M/S project for different types of projects in Kuwait like hospitals works like (GMS hospital, KOC hospital), Commercial building 42 floor multistory (Al-Babtian Tower) etc….
• Reviewing the contract drawing before starting the project.
• Arranged meetings with subcontractors and project mangers to determine the resources for the project.
• Defined activities for the project and determine activities’ code and activities identification
• Made he relationship between different activities and duration for each activity
• Assigned resources for each activity and number of crew for each
• Divide the project to zones and determine responsibility for each subcontractor & Engineer
• After completion of the original program I was responsible of making updates for the project every month and determine the delayed activities and increasing resource for it.
• Cost loading for each activity and making monthly cash flow
