Project: London underground stations upgrade projects.
Client: London Underground (LUL).
Role: Senior Planner –Leading planning and programme control functions for a portfolio of projects for London Underground stations upgrade scheme. Independently handled a number of stations upgrade projects based in the office and at site.
Leading planning factions and provide support to planners and project teams through professional leadership in respect of the planning processes, identification of key stakeholders, communication, promote awareness of accountabilities and responsibilities, change control process and schedule quality assurance. Review and validate the schedules for logic, quantities and scope to ensure the completeness and fitness for purpose. Develop resource loaded schedule in P6 and determine and analyze resource utilisation. Independently handling site planning requirements for stations refurbishment and modernization plans providing schedule support to the project teams. Periodic reporting of the project progress to the senior management and assist the project manager in review meetings.
