August, 2007 Set up, maintenance, configuration, start up and finding/solving day-to-day problems of high speed blisters packaging lines, as well as pots and strip-packing lines. Also involved in the maintenance of the equipment, scheduling and working on changing parts stock, repairing, lubrication. Working with statistical failure analysis and breakdown reduction to avoid stops out of schedule. Working as well with changeover time reduction, producing a changeover sheet/procedure to reduce time. Developing SOP’s for equipment maintenance and operation.
