3. Almaty Financial District - Phase 1 - Kazkommertsbank Project, (Almaty, Client: Capital Partners – Kazkommertsbank)
4. Almaty Financial District – Phase 2 – Turan Alem Bank Project (Almaty, Client: Capital Partners, Bank Turan Alem, Belgravia)
5. AFD North Towers ( Almaty, Client: Capital Partners)
6. Holiday Inn Project ( Almaty, Client: Mercury Group)
7. Astana Expo Center Project ( Astana, Client: Ant Group)
Responsibilities: (Reporting to District Manager)
• Preparing of Design Schedules, Tender Schedules, Permit Schedules,
• Reviewing the method statements for the scheduling,
• Preparing of level 2 Construction Schedules,
• Controlling and approval of Contractors Level 3 schedules,
• Issuing required procedures (Planning, progress measurement and reporting rules),
• Coordinating the program issues with the schedulers at the site,
• Monitoring the schedulers` activities,
• Monitoring the progresses and inform management about the delays,
• Preparing periodic progress reports for the clients,
• Controlling and approval of the Contractors Interim Payment Certificates,
• Basic Cost Controlling Activities (not to exceed budget limits),
• Performing basic EoT analysis to develop counter arguments against contractors` claims,
• Participating into progress meetings,
• Resource Planning and monitoring activities for design schedules,
• Evaluating the variation orders and analyzing the time impacts.
