Working under a collaborative environment I am in-charge in the implementation, management and maintenance of planning and programming activities to meet project objectives, providing information, guidance and support for project teams on key decisions and help steer key action to ensure project success.
- Successfully generate weekly EVA (Earned Value Analysis) and KPI’s reports aimed for the specific WBS breakdown including project wide EVA.
- Keeping track of the dynamic Critical Paths in the programme for analysis of issues..
- Manage and audit all resource and cost that goes into the programme activities that led me to the effective production of a robust Monthly Cash Flow for Client submission.
- Provided EOT substantiation programme.
- Effectively presented tailor-made Four weekly look ahead programme & Last Planner Report.
- Integration of subcontractor programme maintenance and CCRF’s.
- Mentoring Graduate Engineers in Project Planning using P6.
