Copying Resource

I have assigned a resource with BQ for a group of activities. Now i want to split up that resource in to 2 resources
for e.g assigned resource = Manhour
proposed resources = Manhour Skilled (60% of assigned BQ of Manhour)& Manhour UnSkilled (40% of assigned BQ of Manhour). Please advice.
