Hi all
We have started to get involved with BIM Frorensic delay analysis techniques using Asta Powerproject and Synchro. By taking an impacted contractors programme and comparing it against a model in 3d within synchro, this has led to a very accurate and graphically pleasing delay analysis technique.
I have been discussing this with some contacts about taking it a step further, and printing out each impact comparison of planned v actual timeframe to the model on a 3d printer.
Has anyone else tried this ?
What are your thoughts and would this be appealing to the judge ?
Regards
