I have a form that you can easily arrange the engineering submittals with many filters to be easy to monitor the progress
also i made a macro in the same sheet for the weekly progress ( just click ALT + SHIF + E) the following data will be transferred from the original sheet to the weekly progress sheet :
1- Planned items to be submitted (Based on the date of the sheet) Quantity and percentage
2- Actual items submitted Quantity and percentage
3-Approved items ( How many code A & how many code B)
4- Not approved items (How many code C & how many code D)
5- Under review items
also in the same excel file i made a simple report for the weekly progress meeting showing the following :

Value
Planned Value (Baseline Schedule)As of Data Date
Earned Value As of Data Date
Variance%
Contract Finish Date
Forecast Finish Date
Variance Days
actually it’s not connected to the primavera data base, but i arranged it the same way my layout look like , so i copy from primavera and past in excel in one minute.
(you know that not of all our manager’s can read the data from the primavera output ;) )
