If the disputes are to be finally settled by the rules of Arbitration of International Chamber of Commerce, is it required to follow any particular method for delay analysis.
Like in US and UK courts the As Planned Impacted method would not have a legal stand, how is it as per ICC rules. Have they set aside anything for delay analysis.
