Our client is not believing the Progress %, calculated based on duration. Our management too not aware of these weightages..I too not satisfied by the duration method. In our company we dont have any standards to fix the weightage. Now i got bit confused. it is the responsibility of the planners or management to fix othe weightage system?.. If it is the responsibility of the planners.. how i can start, convince management? ,,any suggestions ....
