can any body help Me

I have installed Primavera® P6™ Integration API 6.2
how to configure the Database
it ask
user name = ??
Password = ??

Database name = What is the database name for stand alone
Database host addres =??
Database host Port=?? ( 1433 was default)
SSL =??
public Group =1
