I wonder if you could help with another issue I have...
I have uploaded a capture of what I’m going to explain here (please see link below). I’ve created a basic template and then I have progressed a couple of the phases, however, when doing so, the summary of the Appraise, and in particular the Original duration column, says 31 days, when it should actually display 8 days?!?! As you can see, although the Define phase is complete as well, the summary ’Original duration’ is correct...and so it is for the upcoming Execute and Close phases... Why is the Appraise summary incorrect?
