dd in baseline different then start of the project.

hi all.

our subcontractor has submitted a new revision of the baseline(it is a fast track project, he did not got all the drawing at the beginning of the project), normally there is no problems with it, as it respect the contract key dates.

but, i am not comfortable with practice to put actual dates on a baseline program, even the work has been done. i prefer always to see data date coincide with project start, we can always simulate the actual dates by relations.

so what do you think, is it no harm to do that ?, perhaps i am been too formal here.
