I have an issue, my schedule is not picking up the critical path.
I can actually see where the critical path is on the schedule, but Primavera isn’t highlighting activities red on gannt chart.
Activities all have successor activity, waterfall style.
I have the scheduler on default setting.
Any ideas what is going wrong? My client it wondering why also.
