PRIMAVERA 3.1 IN WIN VISTA

HAI friends

I have a problem the Primavera is closing automatically and is showing NTVDM EXE has stopped working. Then when I start to open the Primavera again, it is showing A serial number could not be locked. please anybody solve this problem. I have a big project to go through. Please professionals
