Importing P 3.1 (prx.) file to P6.1 (xer.)

Dear all,

Can we import P3.1 (prx.) file to P6.1 without P3.1 installed on our desktop.

I have P6.1 installed on my PC but i get schedules from contractors in prx format. i am facing difficulty in importing.

CAN ANYBODY HELP.
