Removing Progress on a Project using P6.2 ?

Hai,
could anyone help me on the following concern please,
How can i remove progress on a project with the help of global change while using P6.2(what are the parameters should be)
This can be done in P3 using Then statement
Actual start eq “ “
Actual finish eq “ “
Per.comp% eq 0
RD eq OD
