How to save layouts and header and footer layouts

Im working on two different schedules with different layouts and header and footer layouts. The problem I encountered with this is when I opened one file the layouts and header and footer is not the same as what I made before , take note that im saving it in a layout.

is there a way in saving this layouts and header and footer.
