Using the method Impact on planned to portray delays to a contract programme due to multiple compensation events. A single programme is being used to show all the events and their impact (also inorder to check the concurrency). One of the events actually occurred days before the planned date so in theory it will not delay the planned activity, but in reality the activity was being carried out earlier than the planned date and did get delayed due to the event. On its own this delay can be portrayed best using collapsed as-built approach but not in the subject single programme of events.
Any suggestions?
