Scrolling to work in Windows Vista+P3.1

Hello Friends ,
Does anybody know how to make scrolling work in P3.1 in windows Vista environment. This could be done with intellipoint 4.1 in windows XP , if some body has some software to do it , i would be grateful if you could mail it to pranabdeb@gmail.com [1]
